This cobbler is not probably the most beautiful dessert you’ll be able to ever make. But we ensure it is going to meet with everybody’s approval nevertheless. Cinnamon-scented cake batter is crowned with sliced recent apples and maple syrup, and the boundary between the 2 disappears because the cake bakes, yielding super-moist chunks of cake interspersed with comfortable, cinnamon-y apples. Add some whipped cream or vanilla ice cream, and say a prayer of thank you for autumn’s apple harvest.
