You Need to Try This Tropical Breakfast Bowl With Mangos, Coconut Flakes, and Pistachios

  • 1 1/four cups water
  • 1/four teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/four teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/four teaspoon flooring ginger
  • three/four cup raw millet
  • half cup coarsely chopped banana (from 1 small banana)
  • 1/four cup maple syrup
  • half cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup pistachios, toasted and chopped
  • 1 small ripe mango, peeled and sliced
  • three/four cup coconut milk


  1. Bring water, salt, pepper and ginger to a boil in a medium saucepan over top warmth. Stir in millet; duvet, cut back warmth to medium-low and cook dinner for 20 mins. Stir in coconut milk and cook dinner, stirring on occasion, till grains are comfortable and liquid is sort of absorbed, about 2 mins. Divide millet aggregate calmly amongst four bowls. Top every calmly with banana, mango, maple syrup, coconut flakes and pistachios.
