  • 177g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 103g yellow cornmeal
  • 2 1/four teaspoons baking powder
  • three/four teaspoon salt
  • 74g sugar
  • three massive eggs
  • 149g milk
  • 113g unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a shell pan or a muffin best pan.
  2. In a big blending bowl, whisk in combination the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
