  • 1 cup raisins or diced apples, non-compulsory

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Instant ClearJel or 1/four teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 6 oz. raisins or diced apples, non-compulsory

  • 241g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/four teaspoons salt
  • 32g potato flour or quick potato flakes
  • 50g brown sugar or 64g maple syrup
  • 2 1/four teaspoons quick yeast
  • 50g vegetable oil
  • 113g almond milk, ideally vanilla flavored
  • 113g water
  • 85g diced dried apples

Topping

  • 64g tahini
  • 43g honey
  • 43g boiled cider
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Instant ClearJel or 1/four teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 170g raisins or diced apples, non-compulsory

Instructions

  1. To make the dough: Whisk in combination the flours, salt, and potato flour or potato flakes; put aside. In a big bowl, mix the brown sugar or maple syrup, yeast, vegetable oil, almond milk, and water.
