Sautéed Zucchini Julienne
This is a straightforward aspect dish. The garlic offers this nice taste. Great served with fish and rooster.

- 1 tsp olive oil
- 2 medium zucchini, lower into 2 inch julienne strips
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced skinny
- salt and contemporary pepper
In a 12 inch skillet, warmth on top flame. When the pan is scorching, upload the olive oil. When oil is scorching, upload garlic and sauté till golden. Add zucchini, salt and pepper and sauté till gentle, about five mins.
