Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • three tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup lukewarm water

Topping

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Dough

  • 10 1/2 oz King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/four oz olives, tired and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons quick yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • three/four ounce King Arthur Easy-Roll Dough Improver
  • 1 ounce Baker’s Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk
  • 1 1/four oz olive oil
  • eight oz lukewarm water

Topping

  • three/eight ounce olive oil
  • 1 1/eight ounce freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Dough

  • 298g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 35g olives, tired and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons quick yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 21g King Arthur Easy-Roll Dough Improver
  • 28g Baker’s Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk
  • 35g olive oil
  • 227g lukewarm water

Topping

  • 11g olive oil
  • 32g freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine the entire dough substances, and blend and knead them in combination — by means of hand, mixer or bread device — till you may have made a comfortable, clean dough.
