Crespelles are Italian crepes utilized in dishes reminiscent of manicotti, lasagna and different filled dishes rather than pasta. They have a lighter texture than pasta and are low in issues. You can lead them to an afternoon forward and refrigerate them, or stack them and freeze the unused parts.

Makes 16 crespelles


  • 1 cup white complete wheat flour
  • 1 half cups 1% milk
  • 2 huge egg whites
  • 1 complete egg
  • 1 tsp oil
  • half tsp salt
  • Olive oil spray


      Put all of the components within the blender. To make crespelles, warmth a 6″ non-stick frying pan on medium-low warmth. Lightly spray pan the use of olive oil spray and pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan, slowly swirling the batter across the pan to hide lightly. Cook about 30 seconds. Flip and prepare dinner any other 10 seconds. Remove and position on a plate and repeat the method with the remainder batter. Makes 2 cups batter.
