1 c. (225g) long grain rice,
1 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. (13g) butter,
2 c. (46cl) water
How To Make Rice from scratch:
Over high heat, boil the water, salt and butter.
Stir in the rice.
Cover the pot and reduce the heat to medium low and let cook for about 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, remove the lid and fluff with a fork and serve.
