20 oz. (570g) ground turkey,
1/3 c. (43g) Italian breadcrumbs,
2 tbsp. olive oil,
How To Make Meatballs from scratch:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg. Then add the ground turkey, bread crumbs, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper, combining with your hands.
Roll 1 1/2 inch balls of meat and place them on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart from each other.
Bake for 15 minutes, then flip them over and cook for 5 more minutes. Once they are browned they are ready to eat!
