Ingredients for this recipe for 4 people:
6 large eggs,
1/4 c. (80g) mayonnaise,
1 tbsp. (7g) mustard,
Pinch of salt,
Pinch of pepper
How To Make Egg Salad from scratch:
Place the eggs in a pot and fill with water to cover the eggs.
Bring the water to a boil and then remove the pot from heat setting a timer for 15 minutes.
Using a slotted spoon, remove the eggs from the pot and run under cold water until they are cool enough to touch.
Peel the eggs.
Cut the eggs into 1/2 inch squares then mix with the mayo and mustard.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.
Serve or cover and refrigerate.
