1/2 lb. (450g) chicken breast,
46 oz. (1.3l) chicken broth,
1/2 c. (100g) onion,
1 c. (200g) carrots,
1/3 c. (66g) celery,
2 c. (400g) egg noodles ,
1 tsp. dill,
1/4 tsp. pepper,
1 tbsp. (5ml) olive oil
How To Make Chicken Noodle Soup from scratch:
Chop the onion, celery and carrots. Add the onion and celery to a large pot and cook for 2 or 3 minutes until the onion is transparent (big enough to accommodate the rest of the ingredients).
Cut the chicken breast into 1/2-inch cubes. Add to the onion and celery and brown.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let cook for 15 minutes.
