  • three/four cup maple sugar
  • 2 huge eggs
  • 1 three/four cups milk
  • 1/four teaspoon maple taste

Glaze

  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon bourbon whiskey (please see tip under for substitution)

  • 11 oz King Arthur Gluten-Free Multi-Purpose Flour
  • 1 half oz cornstarch
  • 1 half teaspoons baking powder

  • three/four teaspoon xanthan gum
  • four oz butter, softened
  • four oz maple sugar
  • 2 huge eggs
  • 14 oz milk
  • 1/four teaspoon maple taste

  • 312g King Arthur Gluten-free multi-purpose flour
  • 43g cornstarch
  • 1 half teaspoons baking powder
  • half teaspoon baking soda
  • three/four teaspoon salt
  • three/four teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 113g butter, softened
  • 113g maple sugar
  • 2 huge eggs
  • 397g milk
  • 1/four teaspoon maple taste

Glaze

  • 113g confectioners’ sugar
  • 99g maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon bourbon whiskey (please see tip under for substitution)

  • 113g confectioner’s sugar
  • 234g maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons bourbon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and frivolously grease two doughnut pans.
  2. Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum in a bowl, and put aside.
  3. With an electrical mixer and paddle attachment, beat the butter and maple sugar till they are fluffy and the sugar starts to dissolve, about 2 mins. Then upload the eggs separately, beating smartly.
  4. Stir the maple flavoring into the milk and upload it alternately with the combined dry combination to the butter/sugar.
  5. Beat the batter on medium pace for about 30 seconds, then scrape the perimeters of the bowl and beat for an extra 30 seconds.
  6. Fill a big piping bag (or zip-top bag) with the batter, and pipe it into your ready doughnut pans. Allow the batter to leisure for 10-15 mins earlier than baking.
  7. Bake the doughnuts for 15 mins. Remove them from the oven, and make allowance them to leisure for only a minute or two earlier than turning them out onto a rack to chill.
  8. To make the glaze: Mix all the glaze substances, stirring till clean.
  9. Dip the cooled doughnuts into the glaze and switch them out onto a cooling rack set atop parchment paper, to catch the drips.
  10. Yield: 12 doughnuts.
