Ingredients

  • 6 portobello mushroom caps (about 1 lb., 2 ounces.), gills got rid of

Preparation


  1. Heat a grill pan over prime warmth. Brush portobellos with 1 half tablespoons of the oil. Stir in combination cumin and chile powder in a small bowl.
