  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • half cup complete blanched almonds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoon brined capers
  • three cloves garlic
  • 1 cup firmly packed contemporary basil leaves
  • half cup firmly packed contemporary oregano leaves
  • four ounce crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 ounce chopped Castelvetrano or kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon contemporary lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • half cup freshly packed contemporary flat-leaf parsley leaves


  1. Process oil, almonds, capers and garlic in a blender or mini meals processor till clean. Add herbs; procedure simply till clean. Pour right into a bowl. Stir in feta, olives, lemon juice and pepper.
