It’s the Murphy’s Law of produce shopping-if I buy three bananas it in no way fails that the men transfer coo-coo and eat they all in a day. If I buy ten, no one touches they all week. I’d slightly over acquire bananas and have an excuse to make some yummy banana bread within the tournament that they start to turn mild and this recipe is a snappy, easy, no-fail winner. Enjoy!
- 3 or 4 ripe bananas, smashed
- zero.33 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 part of cups of all-purpose flour
- part of cup Walnuts (now not necessary)
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mash ripe bananas with a potato masher. Mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add inside the sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and nuts last and mix well.
Pour mixture proper right into a buttered 4×8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve.
This could also be great as muffins, merely prepare dinner dinner about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
