This moderately fast and oh-so-simple summer time dessert is very similar to a clafouti, a French-batterlike pancake which is baked in a shallow dish, showcasing any selection of summer time end result. You can use combos, equivalent to blueberries and peaches, strawberries and bananas, plums and apricots, or keep on with only one form of fruit.

Ingredients

  • three cups pitted cherries, washed berries, or peeled and sliced peaches, plums, apricots, apples, bananas, and so forth.
  • three huge eggs
  • 1 1/four cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
  • 2/three cup granulated sugar
  • three/four cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

  • 16 oz. pitted cherries, washed berries, or peeled and sliced peaches, plums, apricots, apples, bananas, and so forth.
  • three huge eggs
  • 10 oz. milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
  • four three/four oz. granulated sugar
  • three oz. King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

  • 454g pitted cherries, washed berries, or peeled and sliced peaches, plums, apricots, apples, bananas, and so forth.
  • three huge eggs
  • 283g milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond or vanilla extract
  • 135g granulated sugar
  • 85g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Thoroughly grease a nine” pan.
  2. With a mixer, beat the eggs till foamy. Beat within the milk and the extract. Add the sugar and beat till it is smartly included.
  3. Add the flour slowly, beating smartly after every addition to get a divorce any lumps.
  4. Place the fruit within the ready dish and pour the custard batter over it.
  5. Bake for 45 mins. A cake tester inserted into the middle must pop out blank. Serve heat or at room temperature.
  6. Serve heat or at room temperature.
  7. Store within the refrigerator for as much as three days.
