Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/four cup Vermont cheese powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pizza Dough Flavor, not obligatory
  • 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning (+ 1/2 teaspoon to sprinkle atop the biscuits)
  • four tablespoons butter, lower in pats
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced (low-fat turkey pepperoni is ok)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/four cup sliced scallions, not obligatory
  • three/four cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Pizza Dough Flavor, not obligatory
  • 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning (+ 1/2 teaspoon to sprinkle atop the biscuits)
  • 57g butter, lower in pats
  • 50g pepperoni, diced (low-fat turkey pepperoni is ok)
  • 113g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 14g sliced scallions, not obligatory
  • 170g milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a bite-sized tart pan; a mini muffin pan, or a baking sheet. If the use of the pop-up tart pan, have an ungreased baking sheet to be had to make use of as a base.
