  • 16 oz. “fed” sourdough starter
  • four oz. lukewarm water

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rapid yeast
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 298g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 454g “fed” sourdough starter
  • 113g lukewarm water

Instructions
