Topping

  • 53g brown sugar
  • 21g out of date rolled oats
  • 14g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/four teaspoon cinnamon
  • 14g cushy butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease a regular muffin tin, or line with papers and grease the papers.
  2. Combine the yogurt, egg, oil, mashed banana, sugar, and oat bran in a bowl. Whisk in combination and put aside for 10 mins.
  3. Whisk in combination the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.
  4. Work the topping substances in combination till the mix is crumbly.
