  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, non-compulsory

Topping

  • Snow White Non-Melting Topping Sugar, glazing sugar, confectioners’ sugar, Cinnamon-Sugar Plus, or cinnamon sugar

  • 14g butter
  • 142g peeled, diced (1/four”) apples (about 1 medium apple)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Pie Filling Enhancer
  • 21g boiled cider

Batter

  • 177g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 227g milk
  • 85g boiled cider
  • 1 massive egg
  • 25g vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, non-compulsory

Topping

  • Snow White Non-Melting Topping Sugar, glazing sugar, confectioners’ sugar, Cinnamon-Sugar Plus, or cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. To make the filling: Melt the butter in a pan over medium warmth. When the butter foams, upload the remainder elements.
  2. Cook for five to 10 mins, stirring now and again, till the apples have softened relatively. Remove the pan from the warmth and funky when you get ready the batter.
