Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (to drizzle into the pan)
  • 1 half of cups heat water
  • three tablespoons olive oil (for the dough)
  • 1 1/four teaspoons salt
  • three half of cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon speedy yeast
  • four teaspoons Pizza Dough Flavor, not obligatory
  • 1/four cup Vermont cheese powder, not obligatory
  • Pizza Seasoning, not obligatory

  • 7/eight ounce olive oil (to drizzle into the pan)
  • 12 oz heat water
  • 1 1/four oz olive oil (for the dough)
  • 1 1/four teaspoons salt
  • 14 three/four oz King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon speedy yeast
  • four teaspoons Pizza Dough Flavor, not obligatory
  • 1 ounce Vermont cheese powder, not obligatory
  • Pizza Seasoning, not obligatory

  • 25g olive oil (to drizzle into the pan)
  • 340g heat water
  • 35g olive oil (for the dough)
  • 1 1/four teaspoons salt
  • 418g King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon speedy yeast
  • four teaspoons Pizza Dough Flavor, not obligatory
  • 28g Vermont cheese powder, not obligatory
  • Pizza Seasoning, not obligatory

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease a nine” x 13″ pan, and drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil within the backside.
  2. Combine all the components, and beat at top velocity with an electrical mixer for 60 seconds.
  3. Scoop the sticky batter into the ready pan, duvet the pan, and let it upward push at room temperature for 60 mins, until it is turn into puffy.
  4. While the dough is emerging, preheat the oven to 375°F.
  5. Gently poke the dough in every single place together with your index finger.
  6. Drizzle it flippantly with olive oil, and sprinkle with pizza seasoning, and/or the dried herbs of your selection, if desired.
  7. Bake the bread till it is golden brown, 25 to 30 mins.
  8. Remove it from the oven, wait five mins, then flip it out of the pan onto a rack. Serve heat or at room temperature.
